SURFFITI — Brand Story
SURFFITI was born where saltwater meets concrete—where the rhythm of the ocean collides with the pulse of the streets.
Raised in Northern California, this vision was shaped by movement and expression—but for me, it started earlier. Growing up skateboarding on a Christian Hosoi ramp board, pushing through the streets of San Francisco, then transitioning into breaking on concrete—learning discipline, rhythm, and control. That energy evolved into graffiti—into battles, into cross-town rivalries, into making noise through neighborhoods, then the Bay, then beyond.
What started in the streets turned global. Being featured in Spraycan Art helped put my name on the world stage early—showing firsthand how graffiti wasn’t just rebellion, but a movement. A language. A culture expanding worldwide.
Through it all, I stayed focused—building, painting, evolving—creating a body of work over 45 years deep.
SURFFITI is the fusion of those dualities.
It draws from the freedom of surf culture and the unapologetic voice of street art. It’s influenced by two worlds that don’t compete—but coexist, evolve, and elevate one another. This isn’t just fashion. This is a mindset—bold, expressive, and grounded in respect: for the craft, for the culture, for the environment, and for the people who move through it.
At its core, SURFFITI is about legacy.
It’s about carrying the soul of the Bay forward—giving back to the communities that shaped us, honoring the energy of the streets, and respecting the natural world that surrounds us. It’s for those who understand both chaos and calm. Those who can move from city lights to ocean tides without losing who they are.
SURFFITI isn’t just something you wear.
It’s something you stand for.
